Sleight Press is an independent publisher built on a single conviction: the most unsettling stories are the ones that could be true. The name is deliberate. A sleight is the move you never see: the one hiding in plain sight until it has already happened. It lives in the narrow space between what you are shown and what is actually taking place. That space is where our books do their work.
